Xavier Cedeño (born August 26, 1986 in Guayanilla, Puerto Rico) is an Puerto Rican professional baseball pitcher for the Houston Astros of Major League Baseball.
Cedeno was drafted by the Colorado Rockies in the 31st round of the 2004 Major League Baseball Draft,and played in the Rockies minor league system from 2005 to 2009. After not playing in 2010, Cedeno signed with the Houston Astros.
He was called up to the major leagues on September 11, 2011. He signed a minor league contract with the Astros on October 24.
